Our Mission

The mission of the Arts Academy is to provide our community with exceptional music, art and dance education in an environment which nurtures and encourages personal achievement.


Courses to meet your needs

A variety of group and individual instruction is available for children as young as one month old to adults.

All Arts Academy courses can be taken for non-credit. Dual or concurrent credit is available for some courses and may be of special interest to high school students who are seeking to earn college credit. For more information regarding dual or concurrent credit, call Continuing Education at 972-860-4247.

Scheduling options ensure that Arts Academy courses will fit your schedule and your budget. Tuition rates for each course are listed in the Course Schedule.

Arts Academy faculty members are active performers and teachers. Many are certified in their teaching areas and have doctorate, master’s and bachelor’s degrees in their fields. Contact the Arts Academy to find out more about the qualifications of our faculty.

Brookhaven College is conveniently located at 3939 Valley View Lane, just north of LBJ Freeway (IH-635) in the city of Farmers Branch, between Marsh Lane and Midway Road. Visit our Directions page for maps and driving directions. Parking is free for Arts Academy students.
