Argentine-American pianist Gustavo Tolosa is the director of the Arts Academy. He teaches piano to children and adults and maintains an active career as a soloist and chamber music pianist. In addition, he is an adjudicator of piano competitions and teaches piano master classes around the nation.
Dr. Tolosa was the Piano Division director at Abilene Christian University from 1996 to 2004. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Abilene Christian University. He also holds a Master of Music from the University of Redlands, Calif., and a Doctorate in Musical Arts and Literature from the Eastman School of Music. The International Biographical Centre in England selected Dr. Tolosa as one of the few to be included in the important reference titled, “Outstanding Musicians of the 20th Century.”
