The college employs 120 full-time and about 500 adjunct faculty members. Faculty credentials for those teaching transfer courses include a master’s or doctoral degree, with at least 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline. In non-transfer programs, professors may hold a baccalaureate or an associate degree in the teaching field depending on accreditation and industry standards. Many professors also teach in the college’s several developmental programs.
