Designation and/or re-allocation of facilities for college programs and services are decisions of the president in consultation with the PCAB. Requests for expansion, relocation, and/or acquisition of new space through construction or other means should be brought to the PCAB by the area vice president.

If renovations and/or major structural or interior design modifications are required, the facilities modification process may be used if deemed appropriate by PCAB.
