The process is outlined on the college’s Student Comments/Concerns form, available from any academic division office or the office of the Vice President of Instruction.

Student complaints falling outside the academic realm follow the procedure outlined in the Dallas County Community College District Board of Trustees’ Board Policy FLD (LOCAL). All stages of the complaint process are to be documented by the affected employees.
