The district is converting to the latest edition of Colleague. While the conversion is taking place there will be a few days when no one will be able to get into Colleague. So, the district is doing all it can to make sure everyone can prepare.
The Colleague software is used for registration, financial aid, payroll, financial transactions, budget and eConnect. The transition to the new software will take a few days and none of these systems will be accessible during that time. The change over is currently set to begin on Oct. 12 and continue through the weekend so that the system will be in place for business Monday morning.
The new user interface that most Colleague users have had installed in the past months is the interface required for Release 18, the newest update. The district is confident that the change to the new software will be seamless by users once the new program is in place, and difficulties should be reported to the college’s Information Technology Department right away.
