The caterer for the district awards ceremony was at Brookhaven College this week to meet with committee members about food choices.
This year, with Conference Day activities taking place at each of the colleges, the awards ceremony will take on a different portion of that day’s activities. In the past the award ceremonies for the district have taken place during lunch, but with the college's having events on their individual campuses that format will be changing. The district awards reception and ceremony is scheduled to take place on Jan. 31 in the Brookhaven College Performance Hall. Highlights from the event will be broadcast to the colleges on Conference Day, Feb. 21.
