There were 176 Brookhaven College employees who responded to the strategic planning survey offered online last semester. Since Feb. 13, the Strategic Planning Steering Committee has met nine hours to categorize and consolidate the survey responses into broad themes. The college community soon will be able to read all the survey responses, as well as the themes and sub-themes via the college Web site.
The committee will continue its work by drafting statements that position the dominant themes as our strategic directions/goals. The committee also will seek additional input from students and representatives of our external community that very well may be woven into the strategic goals.
