
Teddy bears and party supplies may seem like unusual items to donate to police and fire departments and a family shelter, but little things that put a smile on someone’s face can make a big difference. Throughout April, the college is celebrating its 30th Anniversary by “giving back” to the community with the 30 Days of Service campaign.
From donations to office work to yard work and more, employees and students have almost daily opportunities to volunteer with a wide variety of agencies. Details for sign-ups will be available soon, so that everyone will be able to see the full list of opportunities. Look for e-mails coming soon with a registration form.
