
DCCCD has partnered with Higher One, a financial services company, to process and distribute refunds and disbursements to all credit students. In April, Higher One will replace the current processing systems for refunds and disbursements, which have been handled through a combination of Chase Bank cards and ACH transactions.
Every credit student will receive a DCCCD Money Card in the mail. It will provide access to www.DCCCDMoneyCard.com, where students will choose their refund preference for receiving their money. Even if students received a refund in the past, they are required to use the card to select their refund preference.

If your job involves direct contact with students, you may be asked questions about this change concerning how we do business. To enable you to answer these questions, DCCCD is offering two employee training sessions which will include question-and-answer sessions.
