Then you can’t miss the Music Department’s Fall 2009 Recital Series.
The series features a variety of musical instruments and styles, including piano, saxophone, jazz, rock fusion and violin.
All recitals are from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. on Thursdays, so take a break from the hustle and bustle of your job and enjoy the talents of our featured musicians.
On Sept. 17, you can catch “Zing!,” a jazz/rock fusion band, and on Sept. 24, Matson Topper, music professor and violinist, will perform.
Sept. 3 featured Soyoon Lee, a piano professor at Lonestar College, and the Sept. 10 recital featured saxophonists Marcus Hunley, Vicky Dominguez, John Knagg and Roy Allen Jr., director for instrumental studies.
Recitals are free and will take place in Bldg. D, Room D203.
