Faculty Project Series Continues with Exhibition of Paintings

Don’t miss “Faculty Projects 27: Marina Shterenberg,” the latest exhibition in the Faculty Project series! Showing through Aug. 26 in the Forum Gallery, Bldg. F, Room F101, the exhibition features paintings by Marina Shterenberg, watercolor and drawing professor.

Works on display include large-scale watercolor paintings on cut paper and large-scale oil paintings on panel. The exhibition is number 27 of Faculty Projects, an ongoing series of exhibitions designed to showcase the professional talents and pieces by Brookhaven College Art Department faculty.

New exhibits will open on Sept. 1 by Dallas painters Lane Banks and Kate Colin, for viewing Sept.1-28. “Lane Banks: Geometric Work From Two Series” is in the Forum Gallery, and Kate Colin exhibits new work in watercolor in the Studio Gallery. Receptions for both artists are Sept. 8, 6-8 p.m.

The Forum Gallery is open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. For more, please contact David Newman, gallery director, at 972-860-4101 or at
