Beg Self Defense
The beginning self defense course utilizes the Northern and Southern styles of Shaolin-Kung-Fu method to teach basic self defense techniques. Both mental and physical aspects of the arts are stressed. Uniform required and will be discussed at the first class. Int Lifetime Sports Activities

The intermediate self-paced weight training course allows workouts both off and on-campus to satisfy course objectives. Workout routines, personal programs and nutrition plans are discussed.
