Beg Self Defense
The beginning self defense course utilizes the Northern and Southern styles of Shaolin-Kung-Fu method to teach basic self defense techniques. Both mental and physical aspects of the arts are stressed. Uniform required and will be discussed at first class. Int Lifetime Sports Activities
The intermediate self defense course utilizes the Northern and Southern styles of Shaolin-Kung-Fu method to teach advanced self defense techniques. Both mental and physical aspects of the arts are stressed. Uniform required and will be discussed at first class. Int Physical Fitness
It is highly recommended that a student complete PHED 1164 prior to enrollment in the intermediate physical fitness course. This course offers continuation of a total fitness package including physical fitness assessment with computer printout, weight training and wellness concepts. Int Self Defense
