The intermediate self defense course utilizes the Northern and Southern styles of Shaolin-Kung-Fu method to teach advanced self defense techniques. Both mental and physical aspects of the arts are stressed. Uniform required and will be discussed at first class. Beginning Lifetime Sports Act.
