This Friday/Saturday/Sunday class also will meet on MONDAY, JUNE 29, FOR A MANDATORY FINAL EXAM. Recap: Friday, 5:30-10 p.m., Saturday, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Sunday, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m., plus Monday, (June 29 only) 5:30-10 p.m. Must attend all sessions. This class will visit Hot Springs National Park in Arkansas the weekend of June 19-21. The ranger's tour of Bathhouse Row, quartz crystal collecting and a geo-float trip on Lake Ouachita will be included. Approximate cost If you don't find the course you're looking for in this term, try Summer I/May Term or Summer II. |
NOTE: GEOL 1401,1403, 1404 and 1445 are four-credit-hour Core Curriculum lab sciences. Students should bring textbook and lab manual to their first class meeting. Several local field trips will be open to GEOL students including Fossilmania, a celebration of life in the past, in Glen Rose, Texas, on Oct. 31.
