Instruction in weight training and conditioning techniques are stressed. Emphasis is placed on muscular strength and endurance. Beginning Self Defense
The beginning self defense course utilizes the Northern and Southern styles of Shaolin-Kung-Fu method to teach basic self defense techniques. Both mental and physical aspects of the arts are stressed. Uniform required and will be discussed at first class. at first class. Inter. Lifetime Sports Act.
