This workshop will teach you rhythmic and modern Bollywood steps that will combine Indian folk movements such as Bhangra and Dandia, and some Indian classical dance movements as well. These movements and breathing exercises open up the body and give it more grace and flexibility. Then the dance training will begin. The dance movements are upbeat, rhythmic, classic, energetic and graceful. The entire body, from feet to eyes, are utilized in the choreography of these dances. So get ready to Bollywood today.

For those who enjoy country music but don't dance, this course starts with basic lines dances such as the Cotton-Eyed Joe, the Schottische and the Freeze. Then we will do the basics of the Two-Step, Double-Two, and Tejano. We'll also learn the basics of leading and following, done to the tempos of both traditional and contemporary country music.
