Brookhaven College Head Start Center

Take advantage of the Brookhaven Head Start Center to give your child a great beginning.

Head Start offers free child development services for eligible families with children ages 3 to 5. Children get nutritious meals and snacks, health check-ups, computer and creative arts instruction, while learning from qualified, nurturing teachers.

Families must meet eligibility guidelines for services. Please bring your latest tax forms, income information and your child's social security card and immunization record. Additional information about the Head Start application is available online at http://www.hsgd.org/application.htm.

Grant Funds Playground Equipment

Head Start of Greater Dallas has received a grant from the Carl B. and Florence E. King Foundation for $30,000. The grant will support the installation of new playground equipment at the recently constructed Brookhaven College Head Start Center, which will open its doors on Aug. 20, 2007. Read more …

Students at Brookhaven College will have access to $75,000 in scholarship funds thanks to contributions from the Greater Texas Foundation.
