Mission Statement

The mission of the Texas Pre-freshman Engineering Program (TexPREP) is to provide a challenging academic program designed to motivate and prepare middle and high school students for success in advanced studies leading to careers in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.

What is TexPREP?

TexPREP is an academically intense, mathematics-based, summer enrichment program. TexPrep helps students prepare for careers in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). The program includes course work, team projects, class presentations, examinations, career awareness speakers, and engineers. This is a national program where high school elective credit is awarded by school districts for the successful completion of TexPrep.

The deadline for all application material is May 30.
