Each semester you’ll enroll in both a management theory course and an on-the-job work experience course. Both meet one time per week on the same night, requiring approximately three and one-half hours total on campus. In the classes, instructors will help you look at what you’re doing and discover how you can do it better.
Core Courses: Management Theory • Beyond Theory: Management Work Experience
Your on-the-job work experience will allow you to apply the principles you learn to your present employment. Consult the current Brookhaven college schedule of courses for class choices, dates and times. The course schedule is available on our Web site and through eConnect.

- enhance your visibility on the job,
- stretch and grow professionally,
- accomplish important job-related objectives,
- develop new skills, and
- become a better problem solver.
