Job Fair Connects Employers and Applicants
Jobseekers will have an opportunity to speak directly to more than 50 employers who are seeking to fill both full- and part-time positions at Brookhaven College's Fall Career Fair, Wed., Sept. 10 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Student Services Center lobby.
Employers will include banks, hotels and resorts, financial services, retail, healthcare, insurance, government, and technical companies. Attendees at past fairs have included both national and local businesses large and small such as Software Spectrum, Citi Cards, Sprint, Earl's Bistro, and Children's Courtyard. The fair is sponsored by Essilor Laboratories of America, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy and United Parcel Service.
The Career Fair is free and open to the public. In addition to two semi-annual career fairs, Brookhaven College's Career Development Center offers individual counseling, mock interviews, career testing and job search assistance.
