For Immediate Release
DALLAS — The School of the Arts galleries at Brookhaven College present three exhibitions of the college’s varied and talented art students.
“It is a requirement for students in the Art Department to exhibit one work from each of their studio art classes in the fall student exhibitions,” said David Newman, gallery director. “The exhibition provides the students with an irreplaceable opportunity to learn to prepare work for exhibition, and to see their work exhibited in a professional gallery space. Together, these exhibitions are exemplary of the breadth and quality of the Art Department at Brookhaven College.”
The exhibitions are free and open to the public. The Forum Gallery is located in Building F, Room F101, and the Studio Gallery is located in Building D, Room D127. Both galleries are open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For additional information about the gallery exhibitions contact David Newman, gallery director, at 972-860-4101 or send an e-mail to dNewman@dcccd.edu.
