DALLAS – The Forum and Studio galleries will unveil exhibitions by Phillip Shore and Max Kazemzadeh, March 6-April 12.

Phillip Shore presents new sculpture in the Forum Gallery. In addition to his Brookhaven College exhibition, Shore also is exhibiting at Craighead-Green Gallery Dallas. His other recent exhibitions include Shore/Lamber, Lakeside Gallery, Michigan; Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge; and Krasi Biennial Sculpture Invitational, St. Joseph, Michigan. Shore, professor of art at the University of Dallas, earned the Master of Fine Arts from University of Notre Dame.

Max Kazemzadeh exhibits digitally-based artworks in the Studio Gallery. Kazemzadeh organized Texelectronica ‘06, an international symposium and exhibition at the Fort Worth Modern Art Museum. His recent solo exhibitions include Beijing Cubic Contemporary, Beijing, China; Blue Star Arts Complex, San Antonio; and, Dashanzi International Arts Festival, Sanban Gallery, Beijing, China. Kazemzadeh is professor of electronic media arts at the School of Visual Art, University of North Texas. Kazemzadeh earned the Master of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design at New York University.

Receptions for both the artists are March 6 from 6 to 8 p.m.

The exhibitions and gallery events are free and open to the public. Brookhaven College is located at 3939 Valley View Lane, between Midway Road and Marsh Lane in Farmers Branch. The Forum Gallery is located in Building F, Room F101, and the Studio Gallery is located in Building D, Room D127.
