DALLAS – The North Texas Earth Science Fair is a free, fun, educational event for the entire family at Brookhaven College’s Ellison Miles Geotechnology Institute, Oct. 13-14 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Earth science fair will include exhibits of fossils, crystals, rocks and minerals. The Dallas Zoo’s Nature Exchange will be at the fair along with other dealers and vendors offering demonstrations and information. Scouts who wear their uniforms will receive a free arrowhead and there are door prizes available.

The Ellison Miles Geotechnology Institute offers educational and professional development opportunities focusing on the Earth sciences.
