For Immediate Release
DALLAS - Theatre Brookhaven will premiere the one-act satirical play "The Real Inspector Hound" Dec. 3 in the Brookhaven College Arena Theatre.
This theatrical comedy - a play within a play - is a classic parody of the popular 'whodunit' murder mysteries of the '20s through '40s, as well as of the critics who reviewed them. Follow theater critics Moon and Birdboot as they find a reason to complain about themselves, each other and the clichŽ murder mystery they're assigned to review.
"The Real Inspector Hound" was written by Tom Stoppard and directed by Charles Self. Show times are Dec. 3-5 and 10-12 at 8 p.m., and Dec. 6 and 13 at 2:30 p.m. General admission is $8, with tickets at $6 for students, staff and adult seniors. Tickets can be purchased through the Brookhaven College box office at 972-860-4118 or BHC_BoxOffice@dcccd.edu.
Brookhaven College is located at 3939 Valley View Lane, between Midway Road and Marsh Lane in Farmers Branch. The Arena Theatre is located in Bldg. C, Room C205.
