With triplets heading out to college last year, Leslie Sherman Jackson, adjunct speech professor at Brookhaven College, became an expert in preparing kids for dorm rooms. As a special contributor to The Dallas Morning News, Jackson had her “College dorm checklist: What to pack” published on July 12th. She covers everything from room essentials to laundry gear, and she offers ideas on the differences between preparing boys for their college dorm and preparing girls to live with a college roommate.
