How To Request a Transcript

Online

Request a transcript online through eConnect.

  1. In eConnect, "Request My Transcript" is listed under "My Personal Information". You can request that your transcript be sent to an institution, or to yourself. You can also request one that you will pick up on campus.
  2. After submitting the request you will receive an e-mail that confirms your request with a return address of the transcript office at the campus from which you requested the transcript. You also will be given an estimated processing time.

Fax/Mail

Print a transcript request form and either

  1. Fax your completed transcript request form to 972-860-4886,

OR

  1. Mail your completed Transcript Request Form to: Brookhaven College
    ATTN: Registrar
    3939 Valley View Lane
    Farmers Branch, Dallas TX 75244 - 4997

For identification/security purposes, please include a photocopy of your driver license. If you have any questions or need assistance completing the form, call 972-860-4883.
