Step 1: Choose an organization from the Placement Guide Web page.
Step 2: Complete the enrollment form and submit to Student Life/SPAR Office, Room S201.
Step 3: Contact the placement site to set up orientation and schedule.
Step 4: Take time sheet each day of service and record hours.
Step 5: If attending a reflection session is required by the instructor, attend one from the list of dates.
Step 6: When service hours are completed, return the time sheet to the Student Life/SPAR office, Room S201, on before Nov. 25. We will keep the original time sheet and make a copy for the student to take to the instructor.
EXCEPTIONS:
Nursing students may have designated placement sites.
International Conversation Partners is a campus program and is facilitated by Lorie Fitzsimmons in the Multicultural Center. ICP pairs English speakers with ESOL students. Brookhaven College staff members are welcome to participate as volunteers.
