Information provided to the Disability Support Services office is kept confidential. Medical or other disability-related documentation you provide will not be released to anyone without your written permission.

Disability, Rehabilitation and Education

Brookhaven College, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, assures access to college programs and facilities. The Brookhaven College coordinator for the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504),  Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (Title II), The ADA Amendment Act of 2008, and the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX) is:
