In this online program, you'll learn and demonstrate customer service principles and corresponding skills in a series of courses that are rich in video, interactive learning activities, readings, practice quizzes and assessments.

We want you to be successful, so we'll provide the tools to help you learn how to deliver the great service needed so your customers know that you care about developing long-term relationships with them.

The Customer Service Certificate consists of six, eight-week online courses.

The courses are taken two at a time allowing you to finish in twenty four weeks.

The courses are: Principles of Marketing, Business Principles, Customer Relationship Management, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Business Correspondence and Communication, and Cooperative Work Experience.

All of the materials needed are built right into the courses, so there are no textbook costs or added fees.

Tuition is very affordable, especially for Dallas County residents.

Financial aid is also available to those who qualify.

This eighteen credit-hour college program is waived from admissions testing, meaning you won't have to pass exams in English, writing or math in order to start the program.

Once you enroll, you'll be given a username and password to access e-Campus where the courses are located.

The system is very easy to learn and user friendly.

Just click on your course and you're in! Review the syllabus and begin with Unit One.

There's a short Pre-Assessment at the beginning of each unit to test your prior knowledge of the subject matter.

If you pass, you go directly to the Mastery Assessment.

If you don't pass, no need to worry.

Just go to the unit content and review the readings, videos and learning activities.

As you move along, take the self- assessment to see how well you comprehend the subject.

Each unit culminates with a Mastery Assessment.

Passing a Mastery Assessment at 80% or higher allows you to move to the next unit.

You have eight weeks to pass each set of two courses, but with as little as twelve hours of study per week you can easily do it.

Cooperative Work Experience is the capstone of the program.

In this course, you'll demonstrate the skills acquired in all the prior courses.

You'll set goals with your supervisor and have those goals evaluated at the end of the course.

This is a great opportunity to highlight your skills for your employer and earn college credit, too.

Since you'll be working and taking classes at the same time we know that you'll need to make every minute count.

You can work on your courses anytime from home, on your lunch break at work or while traveling.
