Max Kazemzadeh earned a bachelor’s degree in biomedical communication from the University of Texas Health Science Center and worked at Baylor University Medical Center for 14 years as a director of the bio-communications department. He produced several award-winning 16mm medical educational films and films and videos of surgical procedures
In 1989, he started PGS Advertising, a full-service graphic design, commercial photography and advertising agency, for nearly 25 years serving local and national companies such as Texas Instruments, Kay’s Naturals, Clara Foods, Marconi Communications, Schepps Dairy, Fujitsu, Dean Foods, West End Sports, Buckeye International, Technico Environmental and Cushman & Wakefield. He joined Brookhaven’s Visual Communications department in 2004.
He teaches beginning to advanced courses in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign both to Visual Communications students and to high school students enrolled in dual credit courses.
