School of the Arts > Art > Exhibitions

The Forum and Studio galleries offer a full schedule of diverse exhibitions of contemporary art, work of regional artists, touring exhibitions, and annual exhibitions by art faculty and students of Brookhaven College School of the Arts. All art exhibitions are free and open to the public.

As a center for teaching in the visual arts at Brookhaven College, the Forum Gallery and Studio Gallery are an integral component of the art department, serving students in studio art and art history courses, the college community, and the larger community with a full annual schedule of diverse art exhibitions, supporting the understanding and creation of contemporary art.

Concentrating primarily on innovative, significant works of contemporary art, exhibitions feature the work of regional and national artists, along with an annual exhibition by the art faculty and the college’s studio art students in the fall semester, and a juried student exhibition each spring. In addition to exhibitions in the Forum Gallery and Studio Gallery, artworks from the Brookhaven College Permanent Art Collection are installed throughout the campus.

All art exhibitions are free and open to the public. For information, please contact Gallery Director David Newman at 972-860-4101, or by e-mail at All dates, times and artists subject to change without notice. The Forum Gallery in Building F and the Studio Gallery in Building D are open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
