Dual Credit courses offer students high
school and college credit for the same class. Brookhaven College Biology has
partnered with area high schools to offer dual credit course that meet the
needs of their students.
Early College High School at
Brookhaven (Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD)
Students
attending ECHS have an opportunity to take BIOL 1408 and BIOL 1409 from a
Brookhaven College biology instructor. They attend class and lab as a cohort in
our facility. Students taking these Core Curriculum classes earn college credit
toward their Associate Degree.
Jesuit High School
Students at
Jesuit High School enroll in BIOL 1406 and BIOL 1407 through Brookhaven College,
and the course is taught at Jesuit. An
instructor at Jesuit is credentialed and supervised from the Brookhaven Biology
Department.
Williams Preparatory Academy
Students attending Williams Preparatory
Academy have an opportunity to enroll in the BIOL 1408 online course.
