Your program of study sets out your path to completion and graduation. You have access to this road map through eConnect.
You, the student, have the ultimate responsibility to select and register for courses meeting your graduation requirements. Please check your program of study every semester to make sure you are on track for graduation.
You should file an official program of study audit request after your first semester of enrollment. If you are receiving veterans benefits or are enrolled as an international student, please check with your veterans advisor or international student advisor regarding procedures for filing your program of study audit request.
Please note: Credit is granted by one of the seven colleges of DCCCD.
You must complete 25% of the total credit hours for your degree/certificate through the college awarding the degree/certificate. Your credit hours can be taken online or in person.
Before you request a program of study audit, you should have taken these steps.
Submit official college transcripts from each college attended other than the DCCCD to the Admissions Office. Meet with an academic advisor to identify specific program of study audit and appropriate catalog year based on enrollment.
Complete the online
Official Program of Study Audit.
