Brookhaven College

  • Tuesday, Oct. 11 — Commit to Complete week kicks off with the Transfer Awareness Fair (part of the Brookhaven Go Series) from noon – 2:30 p.m. in F Building Lobby. Meet with admission representatives from UNT, UTD, TWU, UTA, A&M, Texas Tech and other four-year colleges and universities. They will be available to speak with you about admissions, academics, financial aid and other services for transfer students.
  • Thursday, Oct. 13  — Go from higher ed to hired at the Fall Career Fair. Employers will be meeting with potential new hires in the T building gym from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. 
  • Thursday, Oct. 13  — Zumba, yoga, cooking demos  — experience it all at The Wellness Fair from 10 a.m. –  1 p.m. in The Commons Courtyard. A healthy balanced life will help you in and outside the classroom. 

Cedar Valley College

  • Monday, Oct. 10 — Are You Ready to Graduate? Find out at the Library from 12:30  – 2 p.m. Presented by the Degree Audit department.  
  • Wednesday, Oct. 12 — Planning to transfer to a four-year school? Meet with admission representatives at the Transfer Fair from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. upstairs (buildings A-D).
  • Thursday, Oct. 13 — Celebrate "I Commit Day" in the Courtyard from 12:30 – 2 p.m.

Eastfield College

  • Monday, Oct. 10 — Commit to Complete week will begin with a Transfer Awareness Symposium Luncheon from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. in the S building rooms 100 and 101.
  • Friday, Oct. 14 — Thinking about transferring to TWU? Meet us in the TRiO Office (C building, room 145) at 8:30 a.m. for a field trip to visit Texas Women's University. Lunch will be provided. Reserve your spot on the van while seats last. We'll return to campus by 3 p.m.

North Lake College

  • Wednesday, Oct. 12 and Thursday, Oct. 13 — Join current and future students in the Student Life Center (Building H, room 200) for the seventh annual Meet the Faculty event. A fall favorite, Meet the Faculty brings together professors from more than 30 departments to share information about programs at North Lake. The two-day event spans from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Richland College

  • Monday, Oct. 10 — Enjoy free popcorn when you sign a pledge card to complete your certificate or degree. The Commit to Complete Kickoff will also feature Voter Registration and Project Vote Smart. The kickoff will be held in El Paso Hall's Student Lounge from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Oct. 11 — Meet with representatives from more than 50 four-year colleges and universities at the Fall Transfer Fair (8:30 – 11 a.m.). Next, join fellow Thunderducks at El Paso Lake for free music, food and fun at "Ductober Fest" (noon – 3 p.m.)!
  • Wednesday, Oct. 12 — Just as you are committed to completing your certificate or degree, Student Services is committed to supporting you every step of the way. Find out what free services are available to help you succeed during the Student Services Completion Fair in El Paso's Student Lounge from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • Thursday, Oct. 13 — Curious about your job prospects? Stop by the Health Care and Criminal Justice Job Fair in El Paso Hall from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. 
  • Friday, Oct. 14 — Enjoy free pizza when you sign a pledge card to complete your certificate or degree. Pledges and Pizza will be held in El Paso's Student Lounge from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
