Join us this year for the Spooky Trot on Friday, Oct. 25 on the jogging trail! Morning registration opens at 7:30 a.m. and the race begins at 8 a.m. This annual fun run takes donations and raises funds for the college's student food pantry. Runners and walkers, in costume or not as they prefer, donate 10 non-perishable food items as their entry fee.
Anyone can also just donate either food items or $10 to receive a race t-shirt to support the food pantry. Funds are used to purchase needed items like meat products, diapers and toiletries that are not often donated.
Racers should register online and complete the race waiver to participate. Prizes will be awarded to both men and women for the top three running times and for costume contest winners in categories such as scariest, funniest, cutest and most outrageous.
How to Get "Ready to Race"
Racers will not receive a t-shirt if they have not completed ALL of these steps. Non-racers will receive a receipt noting their donation that they can use to claim a t-shirt after race day.

Participants can pick up their t-shirts on race day or after Oct. 25 with a donation at the Office of Student Life.
Each person who enters must have his/her own entry form and waiver.
Please bring ten (10) non-perishable food or toiletry items for each runner/walker to Bldg. S, Room S201 and pick up your registration confirmation packet and race bib.
Shirt size requests will be honored in all cases possible, but some late registrants may not receive their size choice.
There will be medical staff available for minor emergencies (i.e. sprained ankles, cuts, scrapes).
